Our pasture raised grass-fed lamb is a wonderful addition to your dinner table. The flavor is mild yet complex and never tastes gammie or strong. Because it takes up less room in your freezer then beef or pork, it's a good alternative for smaller families. Our lambs are allowed to mature to 6-11 months old. Price is $3.25 hanging weight + apx. $45-$55 for processing. Take home weight is between 40-50 pounds depending on the size of the lamb. Processing is done at our local Schmidt's Meat Market to your specifications.
